Your initial order should ship within 48 hours and should receive it in the next 4-7 business days. Your monthly order will be processed and shipped the following month on the date you chose.

As a Preferred Customer, you have access to a virtual office (VO) where you can update your personal information, change your autoship, or order extra product. You can access your VO here: https://evo-lifevantage.myvoffice.com/index.cfm. You’ll be prompted to enter your ID # which is _________ and the password you set up when you enrolled.

If you have any difficulties with setting up your VO, or making any changes to your autoship, our Customer Service Representatives can be reached at 866.460.7241 between 9am – 8pm Eastern Time M-F.
